Overview: Account Center

Vivint Smart Home Account Center Overview Welcome to the overview of the Vivint Smart Home online account center. Vivint‰Ûªs account center gives you access to all of your important account information, billing history, and support-related materials, as well as online access to control your Vivint Smart Home. Log into the account center by visiting account.vivint.com and using the admin email address and password that you set up durring your install. This email address must match the email that we have on file and it must be tied to the account owner for you to access your account center. Once logged in, you will see the main account center page. The first tile will contain your contact information including your phone number and mailing address. You can edit your contact information by clicking the three small dots in the top right of the tile to access the submenu and then selecting ‰Û÷edit your info.‰Ûª Under this same submenu, you also have the option to sign out of all devices. The next tile contains your billing information, If you are on autopay, you will see your next bill amount and when it will be processed. To view and download your billing history, click on the view billing history link. If you are not on auto-pay, you will see your next bill amount, when the amount is due, and a link to make a payment online. Customers not on autopay can view and download their billing history by selecting the submenu in the top right corner of the billing tile. The next section contains information about your Vivint Smart Home services. You will see your service number and the service address. Also listed are your emergency contacts and links to download your Certificate of INstallation and your contract agreement with Vivint. You can edit your home‰Ûªs name, your emergency contacts and more by clicking the submenu icon in the top right corner. You can also access and control your smart home by clicking the Control this Home link in the submenu or directly below the service address listed. If you have a Space Monkey device, you can quickly access your files here. Next you will see the Refer a Friend tile. You will have a unique referral code that can be used to refer your friends or family. The final tile gives you an opportunity to share your story with us!
