Managing the users that have access to your home is an effective way to monitor who is coming and going and who can access your Vivint system remotely. To add a new user, follow these steps on your SkyControl display: From the home screen, tap the menu icon Then tap Û÷UsersÛª and enter your 4-digit PIN To add a user, tap Û÷Add new userÛª Enter the new userÛªs name Enter their email or phone number if you would like to invite them to have remote access. Tap Û÷SkipÛª if you would like to skip this step Add a unique 4-digit PIN and tap Û÷DoneÛª to save the new user This will be the PIN that the user will enter to disarm the system and unlock doors To edit any of the users in your system, tap on the userÛªs name in the Û÷UsersÛª menu From here you can edit the userÛªs permissions such as admin rights, remote access and assign door locks.
